Refund and Returns Policy
Last Updated: 21-08-2025
This policy is divided into two distinct parts. Please read the section that applies to your purchase.
Part A: For Items Purchased in the Stick ‘n Rudder Shop
This section applies to physical products we sell directly, such as apparel, leather goods, and online courses.
Part B: For Aircraft Listed on the Stick ‘n Rudder Marketplace
This section explains your responsibilities when contacting private sellers about aircraft.

-
Personalised items (e.g., Personalised Leather Key Fob) are final sale unless faulty.
-
Any item not in its original condition.
-
-

2. Digital Products (Online Tailwheel Course)
All sales of Online Courses are final and non-refundable due to the nature of digital content.

We will gladly replace or refund any item that arrives damaged or defective. Contact us immediately at fly@sticknrudder.com.au.
Part B: Marketplace Aircraft Listings (Third-Party Sellers)
Stick ‘n Rudder is a classifieds platform. We connect buyers and sellers but are not a party to any transaction for aircraft listed on our site.
-
No Returns/Refunds via Stick ‘n Rudder: We do not process, manage, or mediate returns or refunds for aircraft purchases. All negotiations, including terms of sale, inspection, and any potential refund, are strictly between the Buyer and the Seller.
-
Your Responsibility: It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to:
-
Verify the condition and airworthiness of any aircraft.
-
Arrange for a pre-purchase inspection by a qualified mechanic.
-
Negotiate all terms of the sale directly with the seller.
-
-
Recommendation: We strongly recommend that all agreements between buyers and sellers be put in writing for clarity and protection.
